Payment and Cancellation Policy

Full non-refundable payment/deposit plus tax is required for registration of all Classes, Programs, and Vertical World offerings.

Payment may be transferable if changed or canceled with 48 hours or more notice, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email.
Please be aware that ALL of Vertical World’s bookings are served via Rock Gym Pro and secure web pages (HTTPS).
Even if the RGP booking widgets are embedded on an unsecured page, the RGP booking widgets remain secure.
